Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We are not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from shipping carriers or other external factors

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our passion fruit and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your passion fruit must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned items. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
